QiGong
Whatever your fitness goals, our comprehensive QiGong classes can help you achieve them along with a balanced mind-body connection. We customize each QiGong class based on the participating members’ needs and the energy in the studio, integrating elements of Tai Chi and Yoga to provide a wide range of health benefits.
Reiki
Reiki is an energy technique that assists in your body’s natural energy flow, balance, and healing process. It helps your body achieve its natural relaxation state and promotes physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. We provide both in-person and remote reiki services.
Sound Baths
Explore the transformative world of sound therapy as you experience the cleansing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. These unique instruments resonate at the same frequencies as the body’s energy centers, promoting relaxation and healing.
Life/Wellness Coaching
