Please select to book an appointment below.  Select an Introduction Appointment.  There is a $20.00 fee for the initial meeting, which introduces you to our programs, philosophy, and facilities. This fee will be credited towards your first purchase of a membership or flex package. Please dress in comfortable clothes (similar to what you would wear to class) as we will conduct a physical assessment and have you participate in a modified class.

You must supply your name, email address, and phone number.  At the end of our meeting, you can select an appropriate membership or attend a future complimentary full class.
